Tai Chi

This really isn't a weight loss program but it will help you reduce stress and become a new person inside and out. Learning Tai Chi can be hard if you try to learn it from a book. The best way to learn Tai Chi is from a teacher that teaches that kind of thing. If you can find a teacher a good DVD will help you learn. Learning Tai Chi can be a fun and relaxing experience.
